Enjoy These Fun Halloween S’mores During Spooktacular Weekends
It’s Halloween at Jellystone Park™ West Georgia, and we have 5 full weekends in October loaded with fun and plenty of scares! Stay during one of our Halloween Spooktacular Weekends and be part of the hocus-pocus hoopla! Then end each day around the campfire, sharing ghost stories and enjoying these ooey, gooey, but oh so sweet (!) Halloween s’mores!
Enjoy These Fun Halloween S’mores Around the Campfire
BOO-berry S’mores
Boo! Did we scare you? These Boo-berry S’mores will have you screaming for more! First, roast marshmallows over the fire. Then build your s’more by placing a chocolate square on a graham cracker, adding a roasted marshmallow, and pouring some blueberry pie filling (canned or homemade) over the marshmallow. Top with another graham cracker, and enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice S’mores
What’s Fall and Halloween without a bit of pumpkin spice? To create Pumpkin Spice S’mores, roast marshmallows over the fire and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice as soon as you remove them from the heat. Then sandwich between graham cracker squares with white chocolate and pumpkin butter.
Spider-ific S’mores
There’s nothing creepy or crawly about these spiders! For this recipe, string licorice is used for the spider legs, and M&Ms or Skittles are used for the eyes. Top a graham cracker with a chocolate square and roasted marshmallow. Press 4 licorice string pieces into the opposite sides of the roasted marshmallow. Then top with a second graham cracker square. Finish off by adding 2 candies to your s’more for eyes.
Vampire Delight S’mores
After stacking a chocolate piece and a roasted marshmallow on a graham cracker square, drizzle red decorating icing (used for lettering cakes) on top to represent blood. Then top with a second graham cracker square. Don’t be fooled by the gross factor. The icing makes these extra yummy.
Eyeball S’mores
These Halloween s’mores are super simple to make. It requires Nilla Wafers, marshmallows, and Hershey’s Kisses. After roasting your marshmallow over the campfire, place it on the flat side of a wafer and top with a Hershey’s Kiss. The kiddos will be eyeballing these s’mores once they try just one!
